Universiade-2024: belt wrestling competitions are being held in Jizzakh.
The Universiade sports games held among students of higher educational institutions of our country serve as an important tool for popularizing physical education and sports among young people, increasing students’ interest in sports, and selecting talented students and young people so that they can take bold steps towards major sports.

The belt wrestling competitions, which are part of the Universiade sports program, are being held at the Jizzakh regional sports school specializing in single combat sports.

About 100 wrestlers from 12 regions are competing for the championship. After the competition, an award ceremony will be held for the winners and prize-winners. We will provide information about this on our official pages.
