The regional stage of the “Tomaris Followers” sports competitions was organized at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University among female students of higher education institutions in the region.

This event was held to increase the socio-political activity of young students, nurture them in a spirit of patriotism, and widely promote a healthy lifestyle.

Within the framework of the competition, participants demonstrated their skills in the following areas: — team introduction; — athletic skills (agility and dexterity tests); — providing first aid; — cycling.

The event left a great impression on the participants not only as a competition of sports and knowledge, but also as an important spiritual-educational project that demonstrated the will, courage, and team solidarity of female students.
