The traditional “Dedication to Studenthood” event was held with great ceremony and an uplifting spirit at the Faculty of Medicine of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.The event was attended by the university leadership, the faculty dean and vice-deans, department heads, professors and teachers, parents, and newly enrolled students.

The ceremony was opened by the Faculty Dean, G.S. Arifkhujaev. In his speech, while emphasizing the importance of today’s event, he noted that the main goal of the parents’ council meeting is to strengthen the role of the family in the student’s educational process and to further enhance cooperation between the university and parents. He also highlighted the importance of jointly solving existing problems and developing effective solutions based on proposals.

The meeting provided information on the tasks of the parents’ council, students’ adherence to university internal regulations, their social activity, and the procedure for granting and redistributing grants. At the same time, pressing issues such as anti-corruption education, expanding youth opportunities, and preventing crime and offenses were discussed in detail.

During the artistic part of the event, an interesting concert program prepared by students of the Faculty of Medicine created a high spirits among the participants. The performances of the creative students left a great impression on the parents and guests.

At the end of the event, parents of active students were honored by the faculty leadership with letters of gratitude and commemorative gifts. This event was a testament to the camaraderie, unity, and high level of organization of youth education at the Faculty of Medicine.
