An international scientific-theoretical conference on “Preschool education in developed foreign countries and New Uzbekistan: yesterday, today and tomorrow” was held.

More than 100 articles were received from 48 foreign and Commonwealth countries, neighboring republics, and higher educational institutions of our republic. Articles were accepted in Uzbek, Russian, English, and Karakalpak languages.

The conference was opened by the vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations Gayrat Qodirov.

Creation of conditions for continuous education and vocational training of the young generation from pre-school educational organizations to higher education has become a priority of state policy. In this regard, development of the system of pre-school education organizations, attracting children to pre-school education organizations, preparing them for school were considered as one of the priority tasks of the state policy in the field of education. First of all, favorable organizational and legal conditions have been created in our country in order to raise a mature generation.

Those who spoke at the conference paid special attention to these topics and congratulated those gathered on the 50th anniversary of the university. The conference was organized by the “Methodology of Preschool Education” department of the Faculty of Preschool Education, with the participation of scientists invited from Russia, China, Kazakhstan and Belarus, as well as leading higher education institutions of our country.
