An open dialogue with employers was held for graduates of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Inclusive Education.

The event was attended by the Head of the Preschool and School Education Department of Jizzakh Region, Ibodulla Rakhimov, representatives of district education departments, responsible employee of “Uzmilliybank” JSC Fozil Nizomov, representative of the National Social Protection Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Babayarov, and the university leadership.

During the meeting, employers provided comprehensive information on the current state of the labor market in the education sector, employment opportunities, existing job vacancies, and modern professional requirements. Special attention was also paid to the effective application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the work process.

 

As part of the event, a presentation was given by a responsible employee of “Uzmilliybank” JSC on the “Step to the Future” program, with information provided to graduates about preferential loans, the procedure for their formalization, and the opportunities created. It was noted that to date, credit funds totaling over 2 billion 447 million soums have been allocated to 149 graduates.

 

The meeting was held in an interactive format, and students received detailed answers from industry specialists to their questions. This event served as an important practical platform for strengthening cooperation between the university, employers, and graduates.
