On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, football competitions have been launched at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University as part of the “Independence Cup” sports competitions organized among professors, teachers, and staff under the idea “As one Motherland, as one people, we create a new life and future!”

On the first day of the competition, the teams of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, Foreign Languages, the Faculty of Preschool and Primary Education, the Uzbek Language direction of the Higher School of Philology, the Faculty of History, and the Tutors’ team took to the field to compete for victory and engaged in intense matches.

In the matches, the teams demonstrated their physical fitness, sports skills, and team solidarity.

The next rounds of the competition will continue until August 26, where the remaining teams will also compete against each other for victory.
