A practical seminar was organized for master’s students aimed at implementing international educational programs and international pedagogical activities.

The training of personnel based on international educational programs in higher educational institutions of pedagogical sciences is the top priority..

By modernizing the education system, the Head of State is creating great opportunities to bring the efficiency of higher education institutions into line with international requirements. Ensuring the quality of competition in the national labor market through the internationalization of educational programs and training competitive personnel for the international labor market should become a strategic task of each higher education institution.

The role of higher educational institutions of pedagogical education in educational policy and in the export of education is determined by the quality of personnel trained in this field of pedagogy and the level of mastery of international educational programs. Only by training teachers at an international level in higher educational institutions of pedagogical education can a real role in the export of education be demonstrated.

Based on the priority tasks, efforts are being made to develop students’ skills in international educational programs at the university and based on the experience of the Presidential Schools. Today, 13 university graduates are undergoing internships at the Presidential School, and these students are being trained as reserve personnel for the Presidential Schools. These students are mastering international STEAM subjects through the experience of the Presidential School. To date, 4 students have been hired at the Presidential School as a result of their internships.

In addition to training teachers based on the requirements of presidential schools, it is also an important task to train educators who will teach in higher education institutions based on international programs. In the next 5 years, the value and prestige of educators who conduct classes in international educational programs will increase compared to educators with academic degrees in higher education institutions.

Understanding these priorities, on April 24 of this year, a seminar was organized for first-year master’s students, together with the heads of the Presidential School and the Master STEAM private school in Jizzakh, aimed at training international-class teachers. The seminar discussed the development of international educational programs, improving foreign language skills, opportunities and future tasks in international education.
