The process of conducting the Nationwide Employer Survey was organized at 22 general education schools in Jizzakh city and the private school “Best School”.

Within the framework of this process, responsible staff of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as responsible leaders and staff of higher education institutions in Jizzakh region, participated.

During the survey, employers’ assessment of graduates’ knowledge, professional and practical skills, and competencies was studied. Furthermore, opinions and suggestions were expressed on further improving the quality of personnel training and aligning the educational process with labor market requirements. The Nationwide Employer Survey will continue until August 15. The survey results will serve as an important resource for improving the quality of education, increasing graduates’ competitiveness in the labor market, and training personnel in line with employer needs.
