The republican final stage of the “Amir Temur Heirs” military-sports competition among students of higher education institutions, organized on the initiative of the Center for Increasing the Social Activity of Students and Pupils under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, was hosted by Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

In the final stage of the competition, strong teams from 15 higher education institutions across the country competed for the victory.

The competitions were held in military-sports disciplines according to the requirements of the Regulations, including 100-meter running, standing long jump, pull-ups on the horizontal bar, and grenade throwing.

The solemn award ceremony of the event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, university administration, faculty members, and representatives of all participating teams.

According to the final results:

1st place — Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute team

2nd place — Andijan State University team

3rd place — Bukhara State University team

The winning and prize-winning teams were awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree diplomas and valuable gifts by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
