During the inspection, the working group members and university officials examined the current condition of student dormitories, the compliance of rooms and common areas with sanitary and hygiene requirements, landscaping and cleanliness works, the level of necessary equipment provision, as well as adherence to fire safety regulations.
Furthermore, relevant tasks and recommendations were given to responsible officials regarding welcoming students in the new academic year under appropriate conditions, further improving the necessary living conditions in the dormitories, and addressing identified shortcomings.
A “Relevant Forty Days” period has been declared from August 20 to September 30 in higher education institutions to promptly address potential issues that may arise in providing students with housing.
