Representatives of Kyungwoon University of South Korea visited Jizzakh State Pedagogical University
On June 18, 2025, a delegation from Kyungwoon University of South Korea visited Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. The visit was attended by Professor Kim Sunghee, Director of the University’s International Education Center, and Lee Han Ji, Coordinator of King Sejong Institutes.

The guests met with the rector of JSPU, Professor Sharipov Shavkat Safarovich, and exchanged views on further strengthening cooperation between the two higher educational institutions, including the activities of the Jizzakh Sejong Korean Language Center operating at the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

About the activities of the King Sejong Center

For information: The Jizzakh Sejong Korean Language Center began operating on October 3, 2024, and to date, 95 students have participated in Korean language courses at the center.

The third semester of classes has begun at the center since June 11, 2025, and currently 40 students are enrolled. The admission process is still ongoing, and we invite all interested parties to the center.

The Jizzakh Sejong Center is a symbol of friendly cooperation in the field of education between South Korea and Uzbekistan. The center teaches Korean language based on modern methodologies and by qualified specialists.
