First, the rector of the university solemnly presented the diplomas awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. After that, he congratulated Professor Sultanov Marat Mirzayevich of the Faculty of Natural Sciences on his 60th birthday. In his speech, the rector of the university emphasized the contribution of Marat Sultanov, a passionate promoter of education and pedagogy, to the development of science by the textbooks, teaching-methodical manuals and monographs created in the field of chemistry.

At the end of the awarding ceremony, souvenirs and a diploma prepared by the university trade union committee and the management were presented to the enthusiastic and humble teacher who has been working hard to train qualified specialists in the field of chemistry for many years.
