During their visit to the University of Georgia in the US state of Georgia, the delegation from Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, led by Rector Maqsudjon Yuldashev Abdullayevich, held a meeting with representatives of the university’s Global Engagement Office.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of expanding cooperation in the fields of education, scientific research, and academic exchange.
In particular, agreements were reached on establishing exchange programs for teachers and students of the two universities, implementing joint scientific projects, and opportunities for mutual exchange of experience in the fields of TESOL and educational technologies.
Furthermore, during the meeting, the representatives of the University of Georgia familiarized themselves with the international activities, educational quality, and reforms being implemented in recent years at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.
They highly appreciated the positive changes in Uzbekistan’s higher education system and put forward specific proposals for organizing joint programs and professional development courses in the future.
This meeting was an important step towards further strengthening ties between the two universities, facilitating mutual exchange of experience, and deepening international scientific cooperation.
