A welcoming ceremony was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University for the athletes who returned after participating worthily in the republican stage of the “New Uzbekistan Student Olympiad.” The event was attended by the university administration, professors and teachers, tutors, students, and the families of our athletes.

According to the final results of the competitions, the JSPU team won 3 gold, 4 silver, and 1 bronze medal. The university football team won the championship in the football competition of the Olympiad, while our students also achieved high results in athletics and swimming.

According to the final results, Jizzakh State Pedagogical University took 5th place among republican higher education institutions, and 1st place among pedagogical higher education institutions.

During the event, the university rector expressed sincere gratitude to the athletes, coaches, sports volunteers, and fans, emphasizing that the achievements are the result of the JSPU team’s unity, dedication, and hard work.

Additionally, the winning and prize-winning students who achieved high results in the competitions were awarded special vouchers by the university. The winners and participants were greeted with warm applause by the university community.
