“Behind the passion, there should be hard work,” says the rector of the university.
In connection with the beginning of the 2024-2025 academic year, the rector of the university held an interview with applicants for employment in various specialties.

Today, 30 pedagogues and employees applied to start their work at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. Rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University Sh. Sharipov held an interview with the candidates who applied for the vacant positions in the higher educational institution.

During the interview, the rector of the university was interested in each candidate’s future plans, as well as the current scientific research activities. Also, their level of language knowledge was not ignored.

During the interview with the candidates, it was taken into account what kind of education they have, at least five years of work in the field of education, personal and business qualities, contribution to the development of the field, and the compatibility of the chosen field of study with the current work. At the same time, attention was paid to the subject of scientific research conducted by the candidate based on his direction and its relevance.
