A Well-Deserved Recognition for the Winners: JSPU Students Embark on a Creative and Educational Trip to Türkiye

On the initiative of the university rector, a one-week creative-educational trip to the Republic of Turkey was organized for student athletes who won prizes in the republican final stages of the “New Uzbekistan Student Olympiad” sports competitions, as well as for their coaches, with the aim of encouraging them.

The main purpose of the trip was to duly recognize the students’ achievements in sports, inspire them to reach new heights, familiarize them with international experience, and further broaden their worldview.
During the trip, participants visited Turkey’s historical, cultural, and notable sites, and became closely acquainted with the country’s rich cultural heritage, national traditions, and modern development processes. In particular, the excursions organized to Istanbul’s famous historical monuments, cultural centers, and beautiful locations were full of unforgettable impressions for the students.

As part of the program, the delegation also visited Istanbul Aydin University. During the visit, detailed information was provided about the university’s educational process, international activities, modern infrastructure, conditions created for students, as well as reforms and achievements in the field of sports.

Additionally, participants toured the university’s sports complexes, training halls, and other infrastructure facilities intended for students. Best practices in supporting young athletes, developing their physical and intellectual potential, and ensuring their active participation in international sports competitions were studied.
