A seminar and training session focused on improving anti-corruption legal culture was held at the Faculty of Exact Sciences.

On February 9 of the current year, a seminar-training dedicated to combating corruption and enhancing legal awareness and culture was organized with the participation of first-year students of the Faculty of Exact Sciences.

During the seminar, the educational opportunities of the Virtual Academy electronic platform were explained in detail to the students. Additionally, the content of corruption, its types, and the signs indicating such situations were discussed.

The event critically analyzed the observation of academic dishonesty, specifically instances of cheating, by some students during the past examination session. It was particularly emphasized that such actions are, first and foremost, harmful to the student themselves, represent irresponsibility towards their own future, and constitute a betrayal of self. Students were also advised to be wary of various fraud schemes and the necessity of strictly adhering to the principles of integrity and justice.

During the seminar-training, the content of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Procedure for Encouraging Individuals Who Have Reported Corruption-Related Offenses or Assisted in Combating Corruption” was also explained to the participants.

Furthermore, detailed information was provided about the rapid communication channels established at the university for reporting facts of corruption and conflicts of interest, including the possibility to submit appeals via 👉 https://t.me/jdpuantikorrklub/2555.
