A special media tour was organized for representatives of the media and the general public at the Call Center established for applicants at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.
In connection with the start of the admission process for the 2025/2026 academic year at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, a special Call-center and consulting center have been established to provide information and advice to applicants and their parents. This year, 10 experienced specialists are working in the consulting center, which operates under the university admissions committee. They are ready to answer calls and face-to-face questions throughout the day based on the requirements of the official Regulations. The center receives an average of about 60 applications every day and aims to provide each applicant and their parents with fully understandable and accurate information.





As part of the media tour, journalists and members of the public were provided with detailed information about the Call Center’s activities, available technical equipment, the operators’ work procedures, and the processes for handling applications. It was noted that the center serves as a convenient, reliable, and modern source of information for applicants.
