A delegation led by Tim Keene, Chancellor of Webster University in the United States, met with Shavkat Sharipov, Rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.
It would not be wrong to say that the meeting, which was held in a sincere and open manner, was beneficial for both parties.

During the conversation, the guests discussed the reforms being carried out in the higher education system in our country, the opportunities created for young people, in particular, the work carried out to develop international relations at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. The meeting discussed the prospects for establishing and developing cooperation between the two higher educational institutions, the priority tasks for strengthening cooperation in the future, and establishing a personnel training system.

It is worth noting that Webster University was founded in 1915 in St. Louis, Missouri. The university has seven international branches in countries such as Switzerland, Austria, Greece, the Netherlands, China, Thailand, and Ghana, where it successfully operates. It also ranked 24th in the 2017 ranking of the best universities in America.
