Roxana Omar Dev, a senior lecturer and PhD in Sports Studies at Universiti Putra Malaysia, visited the university at the invitation of the Faculty of Physical Education.
Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), where Ms. Roxana Omar, who has made a significant contribution to the fields of physical activity and health psychology through her scientific work, works, is one of the most prestigious universities in the world, occupying high positions in various international rankings. The foreign guest first participated in an introductory meeting with the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of the university, G. Kadyrov, and the leadership of the Faculty of Physical Culture. During a cordial conversation, the parties discussed the goals of the visit and areas of cooperation. At the end of the meeting, the foreign guest was presented with souvenirs.





After that, a seminar training was organized for professors, teachers and students of the Faculty of Physical Culture with the participation of Ms. Roxana Omar on the topic “Modern approaches to improving health through physical activity and nutrition.”






The seminar, which included lectures and practical exercises on modern approaches to improving health through physical activity and nutrition, psychological aspects of motivation, assessment methods, and programs for developing a healthy lifestyle, aroused great interest among students.





The seminar, which concluded with a discussion of opportunities for joint scientific research, publications, and exchange programs for students and teachers, was full of questions and answers.
