Is everyone awake? Then let’s start morning exercises
We will turn the idea of ”Healthy people – healthy nation” into a nationwide movement.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev

Promoting a healthy lifestyle in our society has risen to the level of state policy, and at the same time, fundamental reforms are being gradually implemented in our country to raise a physically mature, healthy generation. Yesterday, Head of State Shavkat Mirziyoyev paid special attention to this issue in his video conference on sports issues. The only thing that harms a person’s health is prolonged physical inactivity. Physically fit people who regularly engage in sports stand out from others with their healthy and youthful appearance. Morning physical education only brings benefits.

Morning physical education classes lasting 15-20 minutes, which can be done every day, serve to strengthen health. This morning, about 200 students, educators, professors and teachers, led by the rector of the university, began the day with morning physical education at the student dormitory No. 1 of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

They continued their physical education step by step, based on the principle of “from simple to complex.” The physical training, which began with light exercises, continued with walking and running.
