“CULTURE DAY-INTERNATIONAL DAY OF CULTURES” Youth Festival was held at JSPU

“CULTURE DAY-INTERNATIONAL CULTURE DAY” Youth Festival was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University on the initiative of the Department of English Language Teaching Methodology of the Faculty of Foreign Languages. The event began with exhibitions about the customs and values of countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Korea, India, Uzbekistan, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Turkey, Greece, China, and Russia.

We would not be wrong to say that the table decorated with national dishes of each country and the national stage decorations left a deep impression on the audience. In the exhibition, students performed musical scenes depicting the life of Arab sheikhs, scenes from Korean martial arts and Korean national dances, Chinese wedding ceremonies, Indian henna ceremony, images old Uzbek films were performed with exceptional skill.

 

The traditions and values of 11 countries in Europe and Asia were presented at the youth festival organized in connection with the “Day of International Cultural Diversity and Communication” on May 21. The awarding ceremony of active students ended the holiday event.
