In cooperation with the Jizzakh regional branch of the “Nuroniy” Foundation and the JSPU Council of Elders, a “Meeting of Three Generations” dedicated to the 109th anniversary of the birth of the prominent statesman and public figure Sharof Rashidov was organized.

It was attended by elders, military personnel, cadets, and university professors and teachers.

At the meeting, JSPU teachers delivered lectures on Sharof Rashidov’s role in the development of the state and society, his rich life path and activities, and expressed their views on his historical services.

Furthermore, the event also addressed the contribution of the Uzbek people to the victory over fascism during the Second World War and their selfless labor at the front and in the rear. The meeting served to strengthen spiritual ties between generations, preserve historical memory, and elevate patriotic feelings in the hearts of young people.
