JDPU Is Preparing to Provide Students with Accommodation

Ahead of the new 2026/2027 academic year, systematic preparatory work is being carried out at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University regarding student dormitories, rental accommodations, and the placement of applicants.

Currently, the university has 5 student dormitories under its administration, with a total capacity of 2,016 places. Additionally, as part of the preparations for the new academic year, nearly 500 rental accommodations in areas close to the university have been surveyed and registered. Through these accommodations, the possibility of housing up to 3,500 students on a rental basis has been created.

In order to promptly coordinate the placement processes of applicants and students, a Data Center has been established at the university. The center has organized duty shifts for 51 tutors, and it is planned to assign around 25 tutors to provide practical assistance to applicants recommended for the first year in the new academic year regarding document processing and housing matters.

Through this system, it is intended to provide students and applicants with comfortable, safe, and university-close accommodations, and to organize the placement processes in a systematic and transparent manner.
