Walking marathons have begun at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University with the aim of widely promoting mass sports among young people. The first stage of the marathon was organized by the Higher School of Exact Sciences Pedagogy, with the participation of tutors and nearly 300 students.

Starting from the Youth Center, the participants promoted active movement and a healthy lifestyle throughout the walk.

The walking marathons will be organized in stages over the course of a week across the university’s higher schools and student dormitories.
