Athletics competitions have kicked off at JSPU as part of the “Students’ League.”

According to this schedule, on November 1, 2025, the group stage competitions in athletics commenced at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University as part of the “Student League” sports events.

In the competitions, student groups from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports and the Faculty of Exact Sciences competed against each other, showcasing their skills in athletics disciplines such as running, jumping, and throwing.

 

The main goals of the event are to foster a healthy competitive environment among students, strengthen their physical fitness, increase interest in sports, and identify talented young athletes.

The competitions will continue at the university sports grounds from November 1 to 11, 2025. Teams from all faculties will participate, competing for victory in the athletics discipline of the “Student League.” The event proceeded in an uplifting and friendly atmosphere, and the actively participating students were recommended for the next stage.
