A “Meeting of Military and Athletes” was held with JSPU students.
An event dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Defenders of the Fatherland Day on January 14 was held at the Faculty of Physical Culture.

The event was attended by champion athletes who have won victories in world arenas and raised the flag of our country, giving young people mastery lessons in their fields.

The students also gained a lot of strength and impressions from the friendly communication with the athletes. It was especially useful because the hard work, perseverance, guidance of our athletes, and the life-affirming thoughts about the fulfillment of the prayers of loving parents encouraged everyone to be active.

At the end of the cordial meeting, the youth received answers to their questions about the life and activities of the athletes. The meeting with the champion and veteran athletes also served to further increase the interest and enthusiasm of the youth for sports towards the same goals.

The event was attended by A. Pardayev, a participant in the Afghan War, associate professor of the Faculty of History. Deputy Chief of the Jizzakh Garrison, Lieutenant Colonel Yuldosh Kholikov. Boxing World Cup winner, pride of Uzbekistan Lazizbek Zokirov. Olympic boxing participant Bobo Usmon Baturov, and World Boxing Championship silver medalist Jasmin Tohirova.
