A meeting dedicated to the issues of systematically forming a database of students and improving the effectiveness of work with youth was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.
It was attended by faculty deans, deputy deans for youth affairs and academic affairs, members of the Women’s Advisory Council, and tutors.

The meeting discussed issues of forming student information in a unified electronic database, regularly studying their educational process, social activity, individual needs, and existing problems. Furthermore, proposals were made on strengthening mechanisms for early identification of problematic situations and providing targeted assistance to students. The event was chaired by university rector Maksudjan Yuldashev.

At the conclusion of the discussions, relevant tasks were assigned to responsible officials to strengthen individual work with students, form a quality database, and address identified problems in a targeted manner.

This approach serves to timely identify the needs and problems of students, strengthen an individual approach to them, and form unified, systematic, and result-oriented mechanisms for working with youth at the university.
