Official: Pensions and allowances will be increased from July 1, while salaries and scholarships will be increased from September 1.

According to the relevant decree of the President, the amounts of social payments and wages will be increased gradually by 7 percent.

🗓 Starting from July 1, 2026:

  • Minimum old-age pension — 983,000 soums per month;

  • Minimum disability pension — 1,083,000 soums;

  • Base amount for calculating pensions — 504,000 soums;

  • Material assistance for low-income families — 450,000 soums.

Child allowance (for families in the Social Register):

  • For the 1st child under 3 years old — 386,000 soums;

  • For the 1st child aged 3 to 18 years — 295,000 soums;

  • Additional for the 2nd child — 177,000 soums;

  • For the 3rd and each subsequent child — 118,000 soums.

🗓 Starting from September 1, 2026:

  • Salaries and scholarships of budgetary organization employees will also be increased by 7 percent;

  • Minimum wage (MW) — 1,360,000 soums;

  • Basic calculation amount (BCA) — set at 440,000 soums.

Reference: The costs associated with the increases will be covered by the State Budget and the off-budget Pension Fund.
