The university leadership, professors and teachers, as well as representatives of relevant departments and chairs participated in this seminar-training.
The event was opened with introductory remarks by Haqberdi Hamzayev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, who emphasized the importance of effectively using digital technologies in the educational process.
During the seminar, comprehensive information was first provided on the capabilities of using the teacher’s profile in the HEMIS information system. Methodologists from the Department of Educational Process Organization detailed the topic of a teacher’s main tasks within the HEMIS information system.
Furthermore, the seminar provided practical recommendations on technologies for creating presentations and developing didactic games in Microsoft PowerPoint.
At the conclusion of the seminar-training, participants asked questions regarding the presentations, and detailed answers were provided by the experts. The Q&A session was focused on solving practical problems related to the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process.
It was emphasized that this seminar-training holds significant importance for enhancing the digital literacy of professors and teachers, implementing modern educational technologies into practice, and improving the quality of education.
