The event was aimed at strengthening ideological immunity in the minds of youth, harmonizing religious and secular knowledge, and increasing awareness to combat the influence of destructive ideas.

The meeting was attended by specialists from the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center under the Cabinet of Ministers, A.S. Mamadaliyev and B.Z. Mahmudov, as well as representatives of the university leadership and student youth.

Speakers at the event emphasized that enlightenment is the most powerful weapon against ignorance.

Furthermore, scientifically grounded views were presented on increasing religious literacy among youth, the causes of extremism, and its prevention. It was noted that radical movements primarily target young people with insufficient religious knowledge.

During the meeting, student youth were warned about ideological threats in the context of globalization, manipulative information on the internet, and the traps set by terrorist groups, with particular emphasis placed on the importance of independent thinking and vigilance among young people.

During the event, students asked questions to the specialists and gained important information on obtaining religious and secular knowledge from correct sources and understanding the true nature of radical ideas.
