The activity of the ‘Registrar’s Office’ at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University was studied.
Within the framework of ‘Digital Uzbekistan-2030,’ the provision of government services online is creating significant convenience for citizens.

The same convenience is also available at the Registrar’s Office operating at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. Established as one of the first in the country, the Registrar’s Office is located in the university’s main building. Currently, 35 services are provided both online and offline. Students, their parents, professors, and citizens can contact the center to receive responses to inquiries related to higher education processes.

The working group, consisting of S. Tajibayev, the head of the Higher Education Development Research Center under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, and specialists, studied aspects such as the conditions created for the new structure, its functional tasks, the services provided, the material and technical base, and the professional qualifications of the staff.

Based on the results of the study, a number of recommendations and guidelines were provided to improve the operations of the ‘Registrar’s Office’ and further enhance the quality of services provided to students.
