A delegation led by the Rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, Maksudjon Abdullayevich Yuldashev, paid an official visit to the City University of New York (CUNY), located in New York City, USA.
During the visit, the parties discussed strengthening cooperative ties between higher education institutions of Uzbekistan and the USA, implementing academic exchange programs, and sharing advanced experience in improving the quality of pedagogical education.

Furthermore, during the meeting, opportunities for faculty development, short-term training courses for students, and the implementation of joint research projects were discussed. The delegation met with Dr. Nathalia Holtzman, Vice President of CUNY, and Dr. Stephen Ferst, Head of the Center for Global Engagement, and became closely acquainted with the activities of the international department and its international cooperation efforts.

This visit serves to expand the scope of international cooperation for Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, integrate advanced foreign experience into the educational process, and elevate the quality of education to a new level.
