During the discussions, JSPU Rector, Professor Maksudjon Yuldashev, addressed issues related to preparations for the 2026/2027 academic year, improving the quality of education, enhancing the professional and scientific potential of faculty members, and strengthening the university’s position in international rankings.

Furthermore, priority tasks were identified for introducing modern and digital technologies into the educational process, increasing the number of scientific publications and citations, expanding international cooperation, and training personnel in line with labor market demands.

During the seminar-training, participants exchanged views and experiences on strengthening the practical skills necessary for leadership, fostering a healthy working environment within teams, making effective decisions, and systematically approaching emerging problems.

The sessions were conducted by Ishmuhamedov Ravshan Joʻrayevich, Senior Teacher of the “Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical Staff” Network Center under the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature.
