About 500 parents were invited to the forum aimed at uniting parents, students and teachers, strengthening relations with the educational institution, popularizing the activities of the “Parents’ Forum”, raising the patriotic consciousness of young people, and supporting them.

The forum started with a welcome ceremony for parents. With the help of university tutors and volunteer students, the invited guests were introduced to the history of the university and the program of today’s events.

At the forum, parents were first given a tour of the university and were introduced to the conditions created, and were given full information about the privileges given to students, clubs organized to spend their free time effectively, and other similar issues. The participants of the forum first got acquainted with the conditions created at the university’s sports fields.

After that, the guests got acquainted with educational and scientific laboratories, Steam park, library halls and the newly established “Professors’ Garden”.

Forum participants were also informed about the newly established “Professors’ Garden”. The guests enjoyed various exhibitions of fine art and performances of folk groups organized in the park.

After that, a spiritual and educational event was organized in the palace of culture of the university. The event began with the introduction of S. Nazarkasimov, the first vice-rector for youth affairs, spiritual and educational affairs of the university.

In his speech, the vice-rector emphasized that all the conditions have been created for students at the university and the need to control their education and upbringing through the rational use of these created conditions and facilities, as well as the importance of strengthening cooperation with parents.

During a heart-to-heart conversation with parents, all their questions were answered. At the event, thanks were given to the parents of their exemplary students. In turn, the parents, who were satisfied with such attention, expressed their feelings.

Also, within the framework of the forum, stage presentations on the topic prepared by students were skillfully presented, songs were performed. In their place, parents also expressed their gratitude for the decent conditions and care for their children.
