A festive event titled “Independence Wedding,” dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was solemnly organized at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University under the motto “As one Motherland, as one people, let us together build a new life and a new future!”
The event began with exhibitions organized in the university’s “Professors’ Park.” The exhibitions showcased “35 Years — 35 Achievements” reflecting Uzbekistan’s most important accomplishments, “35 Years — 35 Books” featuring collections of national history and literature, the “Devotees of the Motherland” photo exhibition dedicated to the lives and activities of great ancestors and contemporaries, as well as the “35 Innovative Ideas” exhibition featuring innovative proposals, startups, and samples of ideas.
Additionally, the exhibitions “One Motherland — One Family” symbolizing interethnic friendship, tolerance, and national and religious harmony, “My University — My Motherland” reflecting the university’s history and achievements, and “Youth of New Uzbekistan” dedicated to the accomplishments and successes of young students during the years of independence, also aroused great interest among the event participants.

Representatives of the administration led by the university rector toured the exhibitions and familiarized themselves with the exhibits on display. In particular, the international and national achievements of the university’s athletes, students’ innovative developments, creative works, and musical performances by young artists left a great impression on the event participants.
