Events have started in JSPU as part of the “Book Week”.

Guests and participants of the event invited to the opening ceremony of the “Book Week” began their visit by viewing the book exhibitions organized in the “Professors’ Garden”.

Those who spoke at the opening ceremony of the event noted that the interest in books among the population, especially the youth, is becoming more and more important in our country. They also spoke about the role of the book in developing love for the Motherland, loyalty to the country, and the feelings of kindness in people.

– “Book reading week” was started today at the university. I would not be wrong to say that this is another opportunity for us students. Along with fiction, we also saw new textbooks and scientific literature. New literature for schools also attracted my attention. The book is a source of enlightenment and knowledge. As I walked around the exhibition, I remembered a phrase that the rector of the university said at the students’ meeting. If we read a book today, tomorrow we will achieve many achievements in its light, if we study tomorrow, we will live in its light – said student Madina Khushvaktova. In the information library center, all facilities and opportunities for readers have been created, and modern communication technologies are widely used. Interest in books among today’s youth is growing. This can be seen in the example of young people coming to the library and to the exhibition.
