Today, September 2 — on the occasion of Knowledge Day, the Rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University participated in the solemn event held at Secondary School No. 34 in the “Qulpisar” mahalla of Sharof Rashidov district. This school, designed for 1,280 seats, has admitted 90 first-grade students for the new academic year.

During the solemn event, the university rector congratulated the students, parents, and teachers on the new academic year and expressed best wishes to the young children who set foot on the school threshold for the first time. Following this, Presidential gifts were ceremoniously presented to the 90 first-grade students. The joy and cheerful mood of the children added even more spirit to the celebration.

During the visit, the university rector participated in a lesson organized on the theme “Independence — the Greatest Blessing” at the school and engaged in dialogue with students about the Motherland, independence, and the future of the country. He also observed the lesson processes organized for Knowledge Day and wished the students and teachers great victories and success in the new academic year.

It should be noted that this school is under the patronage of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, and during the summer break, renovation and beautification works were carried out at the school with the university’s support. Additionally, seminars and practical training sessions were organized to enhance the professional skills of the teachers, and the school’s Information Resource Center was supplied with books and educational literature by the university.
