Students at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University were fully sent off for the winter break.

In connection with the 2025–2026 academic year winter break, work has been carried out at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University to ensure the safe and orderly departure of students to their permanent places of residence.

In the current academic year, a total of 15,973 students are studying at the university, of which 9,213 are enrolled in full-time education. According to the distribution of full-time students by place of residence, 4,457 students commute from their own homes, 3,043 live in rented accommodations, 515 stay with close relatives, and 1,198 reside in university student dormitories.

A total of 1,248 students have been living in student dormitories under the university’s management, comprising 504 in Dormitory No. 1, 100 in Dormitory No. 2, 50 in Dormitory No. 3, and 594 in Dormitory No. 4 (the “New House”).

As of December 29, 2025, all students have been fully seen off for the winter break. Furthermore, all university student dormitories have been sealed according to the established procedure, with security and preservation measures implemented.

These measures were implemented to ensure student safety, responsibly see them off for the winter break, and preserve the university infrastructure during the vacation period.
