Within the framework of the cooperation established between the Jizzakh Regional Administration and the Beijing Financial Street Group organization of the People’s Republic of China, the delegation of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, headed by Rector Yuldashev Maqsudjon Abdullayevich, is continuing its working visit in China.
During the visit, the delegation held its first official meeting with the leadership of the Financial Street Education organization, which is part of the BLCU Financial Street Group. The negotiations discussed new initiatives in the field of higher education and a number of agreements were reached.
Key Agreements:
Establishing a Chinese Language and Culture Center at the university and attracting Chinese language teachers through the collaboration of JDPU and BLCU Financial Street Education.
Opening a Confucius Center at the university based on bilateral cooperation.
Introducing Chinese as a second foreign language at JDPU, as well as providing necessary textbooks, curricula, and educational materials by Beijing Language and Culture University.
Organizing professional development programs in artificial intelligence and other fields at leading Chinese higher education institutions for university teachers.
Implementing mechanisms to attract students from China to JDPU within the framework of cooperation.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue negotiations on expanding cooperation and developing additional projects.
