The issue of youth employment is considered one of the most pressing problems on the agenda in Jizzakh region.
In this regard, an “Open Doors Day” was organized at the new Artel plant, located in Dashtobod town on an 80-hectare area with a value of 80 million dollars. Nearly 2,000 unemployed youth from all districts and organizations of the region participated in today’s event.

JSPU Graduates Also Participated in the Event
80 former students who graduated from Jizzakh State Pedagogical University in 2024-2025, as well as professors and teachers, actively participated in this event. This served to further expand opportunities for practical activity and employment for these young people.

“Open Doors Day” is an Important Step in Employing Youth.
The event was opened by Alisher Abdug’aniyev, the Mayor of Zomin District. In his speech, he emphasized that today’s “Open Doors Day” is an important step in employing youth. It was also announced that all participants were given the opportunity to tour the enterprise, observe the work processes, and sign contracts.

The Introduction to the Enterprise and Communication Was Engaging.
Event participants observed the plant’s work processes and communicated with workers and specialists. They asked questions that interested them and received detailed information about the company’s activities, work processes, and future opportunities.

A Memorandum Was Signed. Cooperation Issues Were Discussed.
At the end of the event, a memorandum was signed between representatives of higher education institutions, specifically the leadership of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, and the leadership of the Artel plant. This document is aimed at employing youth and strengthening cooperation between the enterprise and educational institutions.

Such events not only create employment opportunities for young people but also help them increase their practical experience, become closely acquainted with work processes, and determine their future career path. The Artel plant, as one of the largest enterprises in Jizzakh region, plays an important role in ensuring youth employment.
