A scientific-methodological seminar was held at the Faculty of Philology.

A scientific-methodological seminar was organized at the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Faculty of Philology at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. The event was attended by professors, teachers, and master’s students of the department.

During the seminar, the following issues were discussed:

  • Discussion and approval of the work plan for the permanent scientific-methodological seminar operating under the Department of Russian Language and Literature;
  • Hearing the report by Professor A.T. Nurmanov on his scientific internship at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University) from September 10 to October 10, 2025;
  • Organizing a master class on the topic “Using Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Practical Classes on Modern Russian Language.”

The head of the department, Associate Professor E.R. Xasanov, opened the seminar and provided information about the work being carried out to expand international cooperation in the department’s activities. Professor A.T. Nurmanov spoke about the role, goals, and tasks of scientific-methodological seminars in the modern educational process and introduced the participants to the seminar’s work plan. He also gave a lecture on the advanced practices of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in ensuring educational quality, digitalizing the educational process, and international experience exchange.

In the practical part of the seminar, a master class on the topic “Using Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Practical Classes on Modern Russian Language” was conducted by department teacher S.Yu. Islyamova. This skills session generated great interest among the participants and provided useful recommendations for applying innovative approaches to the educational process.
