The partnership between JSPU and India’s National Heart Institute is growing stronger.

On July 7, 2025, a delegation led by Dr. Anand Kumar Tripathi, Director of International Cooperation at India’s National Heart Institute, paid another official visit to Jizzakh State Pedagogical University (JSPU) to hold negotiations on further expanding bilateral cooperation. The delegation also included Zafar Khan and Jerry Mendes, Director of the Indian consulting firm Janessa Educare.

The meeting focused primarily on attracting Indian students to the medical program at JSPU. In this context, the guests familiarized themselves with the university’s infrastructure, including lecture halls and classrooms in the faculty buildings, the activities of the Registrar’s Office, and the student dormitories equipped with all necessary facilities. The modern library, operating 24/7 and housing a rich collection of books across various fields, left a strong impression on the visitors.

As part of the visit, in order to closely observe the conditions created for students to reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical experience, Dr. Anand and his delegation also visited several medical institutions in the city of Jizzakh.
