The rector met with the students.
A “Rector and Youth Meeting” was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, aimed at solving youth problems and further improving living and educational processes. Students and youth of the Faculty of Uzbek Language and Literature participated in it.

At the beginning of the event, the university’s rector, Shavkat Sharipov, spoke about the conditions created for students at the institution of higher education.

During the meeting, students’ opinions, suggestions and problems were listened to. All their questions were answered in detail. In particular, issues such as improving the quality of education, improving teaching processes using innovative technologies, and increasing sports and cultural events were discussed. A student of the Faculty of Uzbek Language and Literature named Shahzoda from Karakalpakstan read her poems in Karakalpak. Dutor player Zebo played her favorite melodies. At the same time, a number of students expressed their suggestions on organizing English language clubs, 4 + 2 student internships, and courses to prepare school graduates for higher education. The rector, who supported their proposal, gave the relevant instructions to those responsible.

It should be noted that today, about 50 professors and teachers work in 2 departments at this faculty. Currently, 678 bachelors are studying at the faculty.
