A roundtable discussion was organized at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University on the topic “Causes and consequences of early marriage, early childbirth, and marriage between close relatives.”

During the event, female students were provided with detailed information about early marriage, the negative impact of early childbirth, in particular on health and education, the criteria for determining the age of marriage, the negative consequences of marriages between close relatives, and how to prevent it.

Also, understanding and recommendations were provided about the procedure for concluding a marriage, circumstances that prevent marriage, and the importance of undergoing a medical examination and medical examination before registering a marriage. During the event, videos and presentations were also shown about the negative consequences of early and consanguineous marriages.

The meeting was full of mutual ideas and reflections, and interesting questions and answers.
