Seminar-trainings were organized at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University in order to improve the quality of education, develop the pedagogical skills of professors and teachers, and further improve mentoring activities.

At the event, Ishmuhamedov Ravshan Djurayevich, senior teacher of the Network Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical Staff under the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature, participated as a lecturer.

In the sessions held on September 18–19, a roundtable discussion on the activities of the mentors of the first and second groups, creative reports, and presentations of authored works were organized. During the reports, the mentors demonstrated their activities, the work carried out, and the results achieved.

In particular, during the creative reports, stage performances, creative acts, and practical demonstrations were organized, showcasing the mentors’ pedagogical approaches and teamwork experience. During the defense of the authored works by the mentors of the second group, the developed materials and methodological approaches were presented.

Furthermore, creative presentations by professors and teachers who returned from professional development training in Malaysia were heard, and views were exchanged on the practical significance of foreign experience in the educational process.

The seminar-trainings were organized in the university’s Palace of Culture and the ARM circular hall, with the active participation of professors, teachers, and mentors.
