In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the development of the higher education system based on international standards, improving the professional potential of professors and teachers, and sending them to internships and professional development courses at prestigious foreign higher education institutions, 22 professors and teachers of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University are participating in professional development courses at Universiti Utara Malaysia.

The professional development courses will last from May 11 to May 25.

The professors and teachers were selected based on the following criteria.

Mentors who achieved high results in the “Pedagogical Skills of Mentors” competition and in the test examination on the topic “Modern Pedagogical Approaches, Interactive and Innovative Teaching Methods”:

• Uralova Nigora Abduvaliyevna — Senior teacher of the Romano-Germanic Languages Department

This international professional development program is an important step aimed at improving the quality of education at JSPU, effectively applying advanced foreign experiences in the educational process, further developing the knowledge and skills of professors and teachers in modern pedagogical approaches, interactive and innovative teaching methods, and international educational practices, as well as strengthening their professional competitiveness in the international arena.
