Seminar for Educators: New Technologies in the Psychology of Negotiation and Communication

Another seminar-training was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University for professors and teachers as part of the ongoing professional development day every Saturday.

Scholars invited from the Uzbekistan International Islamic Studies Academy participated in the event. As part of the seminar, Azamat Sattorovich Nazarov delivered a lecture on the topic “Technologies for Resolving Conflict Through Negotiation: Defense Strategies for Professors and Teachers.”

Furthermore, Academy Professor Mirmuhsin Rustamovich Akromov presented an engaging lecture on the topic “The Role of Communication Psychology in Managing the Educational Process.”

As is known, questions related to the topics were raised during the event, and the scholars provided complete and clear answers. The seminar participants had the opportunity to express their thoughts and opinions, further enhancing their knowledge and skills.

This seminar-training was recognized as an important event aimed at further enhancing the professional development of professors and teachers and the quality of education.
