These days, at the university, the professors of the University of Portsmouth, Great Britain, Dr. James Bullock and Dr. The Lee Oakleys are guests. The professors visited the Faculty of Foreign Languages on the second day of the visit.Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages Professor A. Mamatov informed the guests about the conditions created for students and professors at the faculty. After that, professors from Portsmouth gave lectures on “Cross-Cultural Communication: Developing Intercultural Competence”, “Linguistics: How Language Analysis can be used in Linguistics” ( Linguistics: how to use language analysis in linguistics)” organized lectures. During the seminar, professors, teachers, masters, students received answers to the questions they were interested in and shared their suggestions and comments on further strengthening of cooperation in the future.
