The event dedicated to the 540th anniversary of the birth of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur was held in high spirits

On the occasion of the 582nd anniversary of the birth of Mir Alisher Navoi and the 540th anniversary of the birth of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, a spiritual and educational evening was organized at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University under the slogan “Two Wings of Poetry”.

The literary evening was opened by the rector of the university, professor Sh. Sharipov with his speech. Rector of the university A.Navoiy and Z.M.Babur expressed their opinions about the life and work and pointed out how important such events are in learning the spiritual heritage and history of our ancestors. The event was continued by the awarding ceremony of active and creative students.

The creative evening ended with a theatrical concert program with the participation of the ensemble of students named after E. Lutfullaev organized under the university.

Deputy head of Jizzakh regional justice department S. Rahimov also took part in the event.
